How texting works
- Who texts you. Businesses that use CampaignAI text people on their own behalf. The business’s name opens the first text of each conversation.
- Only with your agreement. You get texts only if you ticked an unticked box on the business’s sign-up page, texted the business first, or gave it your consent directly. Message frequency varies.
- Stop at any time. Reply STOP to stop texts from that business, or HELP for help.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
